Keyless entry stopped working after 3 months

Tru Bolt - Keyless entry stopped working after 3 months
My keyless entry quit working. Contacted customer service, sent them a copy of receipt, and was told I'd receive a replacement. Waited about 3 weeks, contacted them again, was told my product had shipped. Waited another two weeks and contacted them again. Received a phone call. A message was left with a bad phone number. Emailed them, no response.I'm done.

User's recommendation: Do not buy the keyless entry from them.

Trying to replace the back of lock

No one answered my call. I tried to get ahold of someone but it just kept ringing. Not sure whats going on with that.

I’m trying to just get the back replaced as it won’t slide onto the back where the battery is.

JUNK!!!!!

I just tried to install a Tru-bolt lock on my garage and after getting the lock fully on, this damn thing just busted the guts out on the first handle pull!!! I have never had anything do that ever! Will not buy this Junk *** *** again, will go with a Shlage just like I should have in the first place!!!

Door lock failed

Replacement door lock sent to me no charge. Call or emails back to me were a little slow. everything great now.

I called tech support a week ago, waited on hold, after a while the system prompted me to leave my number and name to receive a call back. I'm still waiting.

The inside handle has lost the spring tension. 708-351-**** my number. the lock has 1408 stamped on inside of the inside handle.

Documentation is horrendous and customer support is worse.

Been trying to set a door lock for days with no results! Documentation is ridiculously poor and no one from customer support has returned my calls.

1234 code will not delete

I can create a need passcode, however I cannot delete the default code of 1234. I need to delete the 1234 code otherwise anyone who knows that simple code can get in. Therefore Im forced to take out the batteries and simply rely on the deadbolt. Its very frustrating that I cannot get someone to help with this issue or hear back from a customer service rep.

Changed password and the other one still works!!! How do I erase the old one? It is not very safe if you change it and someone can still use the old one

Frustrated at the long timed codes being sent

Tru Bolt - Frustrated at the long timed codes being sent
Cant get ahold of customer service. I just need shorter temporary codes sent. 7/8 digits is rediculous and an inconvenience to the guests we host.

I never received a call back!!! I left a detailed message, along with a model number of the safe I need to reprogram and am still for a return call 3 days later!

No adjustable deadbolt with new lock replaceing 3 year old lock system that no longer works

Purchased a new keyless deadbolt and pad to replace my 3 year old TruBolt Keyless Deadbolt system. New system didnt come with an adjustable Barrel for the deadbolt, so I had to use the previous one, and now cannot even reuse the old handle in my house.

User's recommendation: Consider a different brand, as system longevity and new systems are not easily compatible for your average door.

Lock will not stay locked after replacing the batteries

Lock worked perfectly for more than a year and I just replaced the batteries. Now when I press the lock button on the keypad it unlocks itself after a few minutes. So now I am looking for someone to answer this question and solve this problem so that it will work properly. This is really frustrating
